by assisting highly effective native missionaries in poorer countries who already know
the languages and culture and are getting the job done for less cost.
This missionary uses his boat to vist fishing villages accessible only by boat and unreached with the gospel.

Boats are often the only safe way for missionaries to reach the unreached in Colombia.
Colombia is a country displaying a variety of beautiful landscapes, but the jungle areas are difficult to reach by car. Horses, motorcycles, and boats are the most effective ways of traveling through these diverse mission fields. Read story.

Greg Tingson sponsored Bob Finley’s visit to the Philippines in 1948. Later Dr. Tingson went on to help write the Philippine national constitution and develop a wide-ranging evangelistic ministry. Read story.

Today's Prayer Request
Believers make a home for cyclone orphans.
BURMA. Since Cyclone Nargis, Light of Myanmar Orphanage continues to provide a nurturing environment where children can deal with the loss of family, receive an education, and hear about the love of Christ. Pray for $300 per month to provide food, medicine, and clothing for 10 children. Pray that the government will relent in its policy to remove orphans from the care of Christian organizations.
